About Us

Team Viggity is the finest body re-composition plan available, and has been used by professional athletes, superstars, and regular people alike to achieve great results. The key to my approach that makes it unique, is just that, being unique to each user. General guidelines don’t work because each person, and their genetics, and their lives, are much different from each other. This is why a catch-all plan from a magazine or website doesn’t work (amongst many other reasons). It’s also why a plan may work for a while but then leads to a plateau causing the user to stall out, get frustrated, and quit. The plan has to change, and that’s where I enter. I make the changes necessary to keep you making changes. I take the thinking out of training and eating and make it simple, but specific to you.

I am The Viggity and I am an ACE certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and nutritionist. I work with a wide range of both elite athletes as well as people who have never stepped foot in a weight room. I have successfully trained athletes requiring a vast array of physical qualities ranging from strength and power (NFL football players, Olympic lifters, strongmen competitors) and important energetic capacities (MLS soccer and hockey players) to proprioception and stabilization/balance (MMA fighters, professional wrestlers). I’ve also helped natural bodybuilders, and many regular people, make awesome progress towards achieving the body of their dreams.

I am also a high school PE / Health teacher, and have coached high school wrestling and soccer for over 15 years. Not only do I work one on one with clients and friends, I also do online training and nutrition consulting for team members across the world.
