Honesty
I offer a simple nutrition and fitness service. I provide useful plans for people of all shapes and sizes in order to help them attain satisfaction with their unique body. This is my passion, and I am an expert in this field, certified, with many years of research, service, self-study, and successful clients. There are other places you can go to find similar information and plans, but what I offer you that most other sources do not is personal interaction. I will be working with you to, motivate, extrapolate, and explain for you. This also allows for me to tailor and alter your plans as necessary to keep you on the right path. Many places will take your money, offer you a cookie cutter plan, and expect you to figure it out. They also expect you to purchase their supplements. These places are rip offs.
I am here to help. I do not want anyone to feel ripped off if they choose to use my services. Therefore, I want to be open and honest and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have about anything, even if you are not planning to join. Email me: teamviggity@gmail.com
Now, be honest with yourself as you read through these questions…
1) When was the last time you saw results either in the mirror or on the scale? Most people can’t remember because they don’t get any results and yet they continue to use the same old routine, or worse, they have no routine at all.
2) Do you think you “eat good most of the time?” This is the most common answer I hear. The reality is that most people really have no idea what they are eating, and truthfully, the “good” food you may think you are eating could be garbage. Nutrition is 75% of your personal appearance outside of genetics.
3) Did you get your training plan from a website that gives away free programs? Even if you put in your height and weight and a website produced a program for you, it wasn’t based on you. In fact, many people follow these ridiculous plans and end up over-training and getting injured because they are created by and for high level bodybuilders, and used to sell more product.
4) Does your training plan recommend 20 sets of chest exercises, to be performed on Monday? This question sounds ridiculous, yet look around a gym on a Monday, and you’ll see national bench press day. It’s all ego. Forget what you used to think about weight training, and start doing what works with your body.
5) Do you perform hours of cardio and the weight doesn’t come off, or lift like a mad man and can’t gain muscle? There are better ways to train, that will have you doing less, and getting more from it.
6) Do you diet endlessly and the weight won’t come off? The key is to eat smarter, not less.
7) Do you pound calories and can’t seem to gain quality muscle mass? The key is to eat smarter, not more.
If these hopeless and helpless questions seem like they point to you, then take a chance, forget what you “know” and give Team Viggity a try.
Once you have decided to join, pick out a goal that is right for you from the options below:
1) Gain Muscle Mass and Strength
2) Lose Body Fat
3) Train for a Specific Athletic Endeavor or Fitness Level
Everybody wants the best of both worlds, but the truth is, you can’t gain muscle mass and lose body fat concurrently (at least not for very long). You have to pick one and go for it. If you pick “Gain Muscle Mass and Strength,” you must understand that gaining some body fat is likely to occur, albeit minimal, even if you follow my guidelines. Likewise, it is likely that you will lose some size and strength, sparing as much as possible of course, when you lean up. Finally, competition is something entirely different, and will create a unique demand on your body than the other two. Quite simply, you must focus on one goal at a time. There is also the possibility that what we try initially won’t work for you. That’s the benefit of personal contact, as I can make adjustments.
Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have at this point…
1) How long will it take me to reach my goal?
It really depends on how far you are away from your goal, so I can’t say for sure. However, I can tell you with great certainty, that within 1 to 3 months of beginning use of your plan you will see a difference in your physique. After 3 months there is no doubt you will begin seeing the results. However, to be safe, when you start a program, to really see the effects, expect to pursue the goal for at least 6 months to 1 year in order to max out the benefits of your plan. Commit to following the plan, with or without me, for at least 6 months before trying something else.
2) What happens when my membership expires?
You can renew your membership for 50 dollars per month.
3) Who is eligible to join Team Viggity?
Anyone who is willing to commit to following a plan is eligible.
4) How do I pay if I want to join?
Please use paypal: teamviggity@gmail.com Refunds are not available after your program has been sent to you.
5) What if I get injured or sick during my membership and can’t follow the program?
Adjustments will be made according to each individual situation.
