The Team

My name is The Viggity, and I have been helping people achieve their fitness and health related goals for 15 years. The first person I ever trained was me. I have gone to the extremes with my own body and my own genetic limitations, tried everything, given all the whacky plans a turn, and I’ve learned a lot. I’ve bulked up for power lifting, competed in bodybuilding, and wrestled in high school and college. I’ve gone way up and way down on the scale, and I’ve taken people with me.

I train many different types of people. I have helped incredibly unhealthy and sedentary people totally revamp their life, and I’ve also helped professional athletes gain an edge on competition or look good on stage or television. These types are the easiest to train, because they want it the most. The hardest people to train, and the ones who could benefit greatly, are those right in the middle. If you think you are in “decent” shape, and that you “eat good most of the time,” you will be shocked to see what can happen. Don’t be stubborn. Admit that you don’t know it all, and try something new. Join Team Viggity.

WWE Superstar Evan Bourne

Here is an example of a tremendous athlete and incredibly fit person who works with me to maintain top physical condition year round. Working in the WWE is a hazard, and keeping healthy, fit, and in peak shape is of dire importance. Evan was my original client, and has gone from 120 pounds in 2001 when we began to 183 pounds in 2011. 60 pounds in 10 years may not seem like much, but from looking at his shredded torso, I’d say it’s been all quality muscle mass.

In Roderick We Trust

Roderick Strong made the fastest improvement in his physique I’d ever seen. He went from a bloated 215 pounds to a shredded 185 pounds in about 4 months. What was most impressive about his transformation was his thirst for knowledge. Not only did he want to know every detail, he wanted to know why. His passion for bodybuilding has transcended his career, and he is now a very talented personal trainer, and helps future Ring of Honor wrestlers get in top shape as well.

WWE Diva Alicia Fox

WWE Diva Alicia Fox is completely natural. Many fitness models use diuretics, and other dangerous tactics to attain this level of leanness. Growing up in Florida, she always tried to stay skinny for the beach, but it wasn’t until she began her work with Team Viggity that she gained the sexy and shapely muscle that makes her a force to reckon with in the WWE ring.

Wrestler turned announcer... Still shredded

The “Wolfe” has returned to ROH and to Team Viggity. The very talented Nigel McGuinness may be done in the ring but not in the weight room. Nigel is still just as focused as ever on maintaining his impressive physique and improving his health because you never know when it may be time for… One more match!

WWE Super Star Tyson Kidd is pure dynamite

You can’t work any harder than this man, and it shows. Tyson Kidd’s work ethic is unparalleled by any. Focus and determination has built this “Kidd” into one explosive athlete. Not gifted with the greatest genetics, the self starter turned his investments into profit. Persistency pays off, as this former WWE Tag Team Champion can tell you.

Caylee Turner is a rising young superstar in the WWE developmental system. Caylee was not gifted with natural athletic ability, but used her strong character and bubbly personality to cheer on the athletes as a college cheerleader. She has taken her physique to the next level, and now not only can she fly, but she can base, and didn’t have to become a beast to do it. Caylee built impressive strength using Olympic lifts, like the Clean and Jerk, and is still able to keep her beauty. Caylee is proof that women can train like men and not look like one.

Getting tuned up for the beach

Trever has built himself quite a physique and quite a business at the same time. Even while spending countless hours working on opening his own motorcycle shop, he was able to sculpt his own body through Viggity nutrition and training principles. Trever is proof that limited time is not an excuse.
