This nutrition and fitness website is different from the many other because we work together to build the perfect plan for you.

Choose from 3 different TEAM VIGGITY memberships:

1) Ultimate Membership: 3 months, 250 dollars – Personalized fitness and nutrition plan, plus unlimited consultations the entire term of your membership, email and text message (per request)
2) Elite Membership: 1 month, 200 dollars – Personalized fitness and nutrition plan, plus 3 additional consultations, after the initial week, email only
3) Premier Membership: 1 week, 150 dollars – Personalized fitness and nutrition plan, plus 1 week consultation, email only

Membership Renewal: After your initial fee, each extra month of unlimited consultation will be 50 dollars

A consultation involves using your feedback to help me make changes in either one or both of your plans to keep you progressing. It also includes answering any and all of your questions about the plans.
